Refunds and Exchanges:

Each Alijuna piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is shipped. For this reason, all purchases are considered final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing alijunabycarolinamontero@gmail.com. We will gladly review your request and, if approved, arrange an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered in any way.

No exchanges will be accepted more than 15 days after the original purchase date, without exception.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges. 

We do not accept cancellations, exchange or refunds in custom orders.
