The name “parranda” comes from a beloved Venezuelan tradition during Christmas time—a lively celebration filled with music, dancing, and joy. It is a term used to describe the vibrant, festive gatherings where people come together to sing and play the gaitas, traditional songs that tell stories of celebration and togetherness.

Each piece in this collection is named after one of these beautiful songs, creating a tangible connection to the melodies and memories of the holiday season.

For me, creating this collection was a deeply personal journey. Through my designs, I found a way to reconnect with my Venezuelan roots, weaving the joy and energy of parranda into each piece.
